DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the IT & OT Governance team to collaborate with internal customers including HR, IT Security, BMS, and other stakeholders to assist in the definition, development, and documentation of compliance and cybersecurity related business requirements and objectives support AM Calvert’s business and information security goals.
The Basics
· Bachelor's degree is required in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field
· Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to effectively work cross-functionally with various groups inside and outside the organization
· Ability to develop and deliver technical and strategic presentations at senior management and executive level
· Proficiency in MS Office products
The Extras
· Knowledge of SAP architecture and best practices in metals industry
· Experience leading cross-functional teams and across all levels of an organization
· ServiceNow Experience
· Working knowledge of IT & OT Cybersecurity framework
· Experience with AuditBoard, Hyperproof, or similar auditing/governance tools

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Routinely engage with teams across IT & OT to identify, track, and plan mitigation activities for risk management, governance, and information security objectives
- Develop and maintain a constructive, transparent relationship with all IT/OT teams, stakeholders, internal & external auditors, and project teams
- Provide leadership to team members to help resolve Governance & information security policy issues and adherence to deadlines
- Work closely with a global internal auditing team to perform cyclical audits to ensure IT and OT environments are meeting Cyber Security expectations. This includes being the primary point of contact for all IT/OT audits, organizing audit engagements, and following up remediation activities on all findings
- Coordinate meetings with IT/OT teams to track progress made on audit finding remediations and report to internal assurance teams as well as executive team
- Develop a scalable and repeatable approach to implement controls, monitor those controls across various IT, OT, Cyber Security, information security, data protection, & privacy frameworks
- Be the point of contact for required Cyber security and Cyber-Physical Security surveys and internal IT/OT security benchmark activities
- Manage and govern the creation and regular review of all IT /OT policies and procedures
- Proactively identify gaps or conflicts in existing processes, creating efficiencies or new processes as required to ensure transparency
- Advocate for the business value of the IT/OT governance program
- Work closely with all department leads to eliminate blockers across the IT/OT organization
-Should have familiarity with requirements outlined in ISO 27001/2 (ISMS) as well as TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange), IEC 62443, NIST, MITRE, and other Cyber Security, Information Security, and Data Protection & Data Privacy Frameworks and Standards.
