We are excited to be recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a thriving and welcoming primary school in Ealing. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early years professional who is passionate about supporting children's early development and learning in a warm, inclusive environment.

Role Responsibilities:
Support and guide children's learning and development following the EYFS framework

Create a warm, caring environment where every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged
*
Deliver engaging activities that spark curiosity and promote independence
*
Assist with daily routines, classroom preparation, and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning space
*
Work closely with the class teacher, SEN staff, and parents/carers to ensure each child's needs are met
*
Contribute to assessments and observations to track and support children's progress
*
Promote positive behaviour and social skills through modelling and encouragement
What We're Looking For:
Level 3 qualification in childcare/early years (or equivalent) - essential
*
Strong knowledge and experience of EYFS principles and practice
*
A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive, flexible attitude
*
Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development
*
Someone able to commit to full-time hours and confidently commute to Ealing
*
Availability to start as soon as possible
