Site Manager - Care Home Project

Linsco Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors.
* Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
* Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety standards.
* Managing client relationships and providing regular updates.
* Overseeing inspections, snagging, and handovers.
Requirements:
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
* Previous experience managing traditional build projects (ideally care homes or residential schemes).
* Strong knowledge of H&S and compliance.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
