Project Manager - Care Home Project

Linsco Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full responsibility for project delivery from current stage through to completion.
* Managing and coordinating the site management team and subcontractors.
* Overseeing programme, cost, quality, and H&S compliance.
* Acting as main point of contact for the client, design team, and stakeholders.
* Driving progress meetings, reporting, and ensuring milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
* Strong track record of managing traditional build projects (care homes, residential, or similar).
* Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills.
* Proven leadership with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
