Learning Support Assistant - Primary School (ASAP Start)
Location: Ealing, London
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:15am-4:00pm (Term Time)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
A friendly and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with additional learning needs. This is a rewarding role where you can have a direct impact on children's confidence and progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Support pupils with EHCPs, autism, and social, emotional, or behavioural needs

Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons and resources for differentiated learning
*
Provide both 1:1 and group support to meet individual targets
*
Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
*
Promote independence, communication skills, and emotional wellbeing
Requirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school
*
A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role and start ASAP
