Role
Role & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will manage a team, coordinate resources, and maintain high safety standards. This is a chance to make a real impact on crucial infrastructure projects.
Main tasks include
* Lead site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
* Manage resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
* Maintain high safety standards and compliance regulations.
* Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors and clients.
* Monitor project progress and report to management.
Requirements
* Must have 3+ years of experience in site management within the utilities sector.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery.
* Experience in self-delivery or utilities projects is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
* A valid driver's license.
* Commitment to health and safety regulations.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams.
