Technical Sales Manager - Construction Products
Territory: Worcester, Birmingham, Hereford, Gloucester
You will be joining a leading, employee-owned UK manufacturer of bespoke timber products, supplying the builders' merchant, self-build, and house building markets.
They are looking for a driven Technical Sales Manager to grow their presence and build strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
* Grow sales with merchants, self-builders, and house builders
* Win new business and develop existing accounts
* Visit sites, specify, and solve technical queries
* Work closely with in-house design & manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality projects
What You Bring:
* Technical sales or account management experience
* Construction or building products background (joinery, kitchens, bathrooms, timber frame, roof trusses, or doors)
* Confident communicator, organised, and target-driven
* Knowledge of the merchant, self-build, or house building market is a big plus
