As a Systems Engineer 2, you will: Join our elite Professional Services team as a Professional Services Architect ('PSA'); Commute to our client sites throughout the Chicagoland area and travel to other states; Work cross-functionally between technology and the rest of our clients' business enterprises to architect and implement large scale solutions; Perform IT audits and assessments for both existing and potential clients; Continually upgrade your skills and earn certifications to keep current with the latest technology; and Implement Prescient Solutions' best practices.

Responsibilities Evaluate the clients' requirements and ensure implementation meets those requirements; Drive installation and configuration activities; Work closely with other engineers to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues; Mentor junior team members; and Prepare operational and technical documentation.
Requirements
Technical expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, network protocols and hardware, virtualization, security and cloud; Able to balance multiple priorities concurrently; Able to take ownership of and follow through with assigned projects; Willing to commute to client sites throughout the Chicagoland area and travel to other states; and Authorized to work for an employer in the US.
