Technical Lead - R&D Product Development
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: GBP45,000-50,000 per annum
Penguin Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a leading company specializing in noise and vibration solutions. We're seeking a Technical Lead to spearhead the development of our client's cutting-edge R&D Facility. This critical role encompasses designing and enhancing attenuator and chiller test rigs, revamping calculation systems, and driving ongoing innovative R&D projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and enhancement of R&D projects, including test rigs.
* Oversee a full review and update of calculation systems for improved accuracy.
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals.
* Stay ahead of industry trends to inform future innovation strategies.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within R&D.
* Expertise in noise and vibration solutions or related fields.
* Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to innovation.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Degree in engineering, acoustics, or a related discipline preferred.
