Salary:
* Level 1: NJC Support East Sussex Grade 2 SCP 4 GBP22,366 FTE, Term time plus INSET days
* Level 2: NJC Support East Sussex Grade 5 SCP 12 GBP23,893 FTE, Term time plus INSET days

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver innovative programs for students not thriving in mainstream education.
* Implement therapeutic teaching strategies with a nurturing approach to classroom and behaviour management.
* Support students with behavioural, emotional, learning, and social communication difficulties.
* Inspire and motivate students towards high achievement.
* Demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational, and communication skills.
