Responsibilities:
As a Licensing Enforcement Officer, you will:
* Conduct inspections and investigations to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
* Engage with businesses and individuals to provide guidance on licensing requirements.
* Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of enforcement activities.
* Respond to queries and complaints related to licensing matters.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and external stakeholders to uphold regulatory standards.
Requirements:
We're seeking professional and proactive individuals who are:
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* Able to provide 2 years of references/work history.
* Committed to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Experienced in enforcement, compliance, or regulatory roles (desirable but not essential).
* Strong communicators with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Welsh language skills are desirable but not essential.
