Trainee Sales Manager

Location: Liverpool City Centre | Hybrid Working Available

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm

Salary: A£26,000 to A£32,000 per annum

The Role

The Trainee Sales Manager position is designed for someone ready to take a step forward in their career. You do not need extensive leadership experience as full training and support will be provided. This role offers the opportunity to learn management skills while gaining hands-on experience in sales and client engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting and guiding a small team to achieve targets
* Learning how to plan and deliver successful sales campaigns
* Building confidence in client communication and relationship management
* Working closely with marketing and data teams to track progress
* Taking part in meetings and presentations to support business growth
* Developing leadership skills through training, coaching, and practical experience

Candidate Profile

Our client is looking for individuals who are ambitious, people-focused, and keen to learn. Previous management experience is not essential, but some background in customer-facing roles will be helpful.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a team support role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A positive and motivated attitude with a willingness to learn
* Confidence working towards goals and targets
* An interest in developing leadership skills and progressing into management
