We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Transport & Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound logistics and ensure the timely and accurate receipt of raw materials and finished goods. This role is pivotal in coordinating transportation, maintaining precise records, and supporting warehouse operations to meet delivery performance targets.

You’ll be the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, working closely with carriers, vendors, and customer service teams. Your responsibilities will include booking transport, managing documentation, overseeing pallet movements, and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage timely and accurate receipt of all inbound goods.
-Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
-Maintain shipping documents and update TMS portals.
-Generate picking slips, manifests, load plans, and invoices.
-Book timeslots for inbound shipments to optimize warehouse flow.
-Identify and improve office processes in line with JTE/CCI standards.
-Oversee transport-related invoices and pallet management.
 

About You

You’re an experienced logistics professional with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and transportation systems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail, and enjoy solving problems collaboratively. You’re confident using ERP systems and have a knack for optimizing processes.

-5+ years in logistics coordination or a similar role.
-ERP experience (preferably SAP).
-Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
-Qualification in Supply Chain or Business Management.
-Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
-Strong analytical skills and forecasting ability.
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
-Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
-Understanding of transportation modes (road, rail, air, sea).
-Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
