5G & Innovation:

-Drive adoption of 5G plans and services across consumer segments.
-Educate and engage with customers on 5G through marketing communication, frontline training and customer engagement.
-Partner with Network and IT to continue to commercialise next-gen connectivity solutions.
Value Added Services:

-E2E responsibilities for select VASes portfolio, driving sign-up at point of sales, in base adoption and managing churn.
-Launch and scale new value-added services for mobile subscribers.
-Analyse market trends and competitive landscape, to understand customer needs.
-Manage promotions, pricing and service positioning.
-Track and analyses weekly and monthly key financial and performance indicators to ensure the respective products and initiatives are on track to hit the P&L and business case targets.
