Bringing Home the Dough
The primary goal of the Revenue Analyst II is to support sales, margin, trade spend, promotion and/or competitive intelligence reporting of the company by efficiently building and maintaining reports in Business Objects (Sales Data Warehouse), IRI, AC Nielsen or other systems as directed. Revenue Analyst II can be alternately can be assigned to Sales Planning where they support the sales planning system and processes, including process improvement recommendations.
Position provides database, report, master data and application validation for applications that they are assigned and support.
Position utilizes test plans without supervision. Position provides analysis for the management team when requested as well as proactively providing analysis when a problem or opportunity has been identified.
Objective analysis, solid spreadsheet technical knowledge, written presentation preparation, and clear communication skills are required. This position is building fundamental knowledge of how brands, product assortment, distribution, merchandising, pricing and promotions impact the retailer’s category and each manufacturer’s performance.
This position can interact directly with Flowers’ customers and is located at a Flowers’ location.
Requires constant interaction with work group and other departments at the primary work location.
Position requires demonstration of competency for all on-the-job activities that may have a direct or indirect effect on product safety, legality and/or quality.
Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Provide analysis and reports from the available tools such as AC Nielsen, IRI, Consumer Panel Data, Revenue Data Warehouse, Retailer’s systems.
-Collect customer information and compile trade rates through custom Excel models by customer.
-Continually measure, monitor and report on trade spend versus plan variance to show progress against the team’s strategic goals.
-Practices and complies with all Company policies and procedures (EEO, Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes Oxley, etc.).
-Performs other duties which are deemed by management to be an integral part of the job, including but not limited to fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies and procedures.
Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
• At least two years’ experience in data entry, building and maintaining reports, and data analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
