Role Overview:
The Senior PeopleSoft Secruity Analyst performs daily security maintenance Oracle PeopleSoft applications users. You will t
roubleshoot security job failures and user account data errors.
You will also analyze and update security during upgrade projects.
This role requires a general knowledge of PeopleSoft applications and PeopleSoft user security. To be successful, you must have a basic understanding of writing and modifying SQL scripts and should be able to learn new skills and requirements quickly.
This role will require occasional after-hours work for on-call support platform upgrades.
Salary :
This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $70,122 but may be commensurate with education and job experience.

A Day in the Life:
Responsibilities include:
-Work daily tickets regarding user account security, PeopleSoft Financials and HCM login difficulties. Troubleshoot user issues and identify solutions.
-As needed, train key contacts on proper security processes and practices.
-Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, annual security audits to identify and address internal controls risks and violations.
-Remediate any audit findings and report results to IOT management, as well as to the ERP Enterprise Steering Committee.
-Define test parameters and conduct security-related testing for upgrades and other system changes to ensure system data is not compromised while the statewide user population is able to
complete critical work functions.
-Work with functional project staff to identify security configuration changes to meet project goals. Implement security changes using the appropriate software development lifecycle (SDLC) to
ensure all reviews and approvals are obtained and system-wide security is not compromised.

Exempt employees may work more than 75 hours in a pay period without additional compensation and must report a minimum of 75 hours per pay period of work hours and/or paid leave taken to receive their base biweekly salary.
What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirement to be considered for employment:
-Extensive knowledge of information systems design principles and new systems design techniques.
-Extensive knowledge of policies, standards, procedures, and techniques used for application development.
-Extensive knowledge of application development software tools and application development software languages.
-Extensive knowledge of information technology equipment, operation, and capabilities.
-Extensive knowledge of the most recent advancement of information technology equipment, operation, capabilities.
-Extensive knowledge of both system and business applications and competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming activities.
-Ability to perform problem solving and analytical analysis.
-Ability to read and understand complicated technical manuals.
-Ability to manage multiple application development software projects and priorities.
-Effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
-Able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role may serve as a team lead for an assigned work group.
