The Role:
We're seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests at our McMurray location. This position is ideal for someone who is polished, personable, and detail-oriented. As the face of Crown & Raine, you'll set the tone for the luxury experience clients expect from the moment they walk through the door.
Compensation:
$15 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs using salon booking software Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries with professionalism Assist with retail product sales and maintain displays at the front desk Support daily operations by keeping reception and waiting areas organized and inviting Work closely with stylists and therapists to ensure smooth client flow and an exceptional guest experience Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred Strong communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor Comfort with computers and scheduling systems (salon/spa software experience a plus) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and friendly Evening and weekend availability is a plus About Company
