Are you ready to drive business growth?
We're looking for a highly motivated Retail Business Transformation Consultant to help shape the future of our retail dealer network. If you have a passion for sales, a knack for strategy, and the ability to influence and inspire, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What you'll do:
Lead Retail Transformation: Guide dealers through a business transformation, focusing on both digital and physical strategies to expand their customer base and improve the customer journey.
*
Boost Sales and Profitability: Work directly with dealers to develop and execute growth plans, helping them increase sales, improve profit margins, and enhance customer experience.
*
Consult and Advise: Provide expert advice on marketing, sales, and customer service strategies. You'll help identify and close performance gaps, recommend new technologies, and ensure our dealers are at the top of their game.
*
Manage Projects: Lead critical projects at a regional, dealer, or global level to drive retail transformation initiatives.
What you'll bring:
Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business consulting, with a proven track record of growing sales and achieving results. A background in a B2B or customer-facing role is essential, with experience consulting with dealers or distributors being a major plus.
*
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
*
Skills: You are a self-starter who works well autonomously. You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you know how to build lasting relationships. You can translate ambitious goals into actionable plans. While an off-highway background is preferred, we value transferable commercial acumen from any industrial sector.
Location: Desford
Contract: A 24-month contract, offering a chance to make a long-term impact.
If you're ready to take on a new challenge and help drive significant business growth, we want to hear from you.
