Business Systems Manager
The COMPANY
Our client is an independent company who have carved themselves a niche supplying/designing powertrain components (exhausts, and other specialist Automotive components) to OE Automotive customers. Their reputation and expertise is such that many of the most prestigious manufactures utilise their services. We are proud to be an integral part of our client's continuing success which has resulted in a bulging order book and a recent expansion to a new purpose designed production facility. The company have received the Queens Award for Enterprise.
The ROLE
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems and Project Manager to become an integral part of our Client's team. The job synopsis is to control and improve the quality of all processes throughout the business. The Business Systems Manager responsibilities will include;
*Develop the Management Systems strategy
*Manage external registration requirements
*Audit the MRP system
*Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures meet the needs of external stakeholders
*Assign audits to the internal audit team
*Ensure ongoing compliance with all Management Systems including: IATF16949/ISO9001 /ISO14001, TISAX/ISO27001 and AS9100
*First point of contact for supplier and customer-driven systems
The CANDIDATE
The right Business Systems Manager candidate will possess;
*Background in business management quality systems
*Automotive (or possibly aerospace) experience
*Understanding of manufacturing process
*A "can do attitude" with the desire and ability to contribute to the team
