Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach (Fall Season)

Reports To: Head Coach and Athletic Director
Season: Fall Sport
Job Summary
Cardinal Ritter College Prep is seeking a passionate and committed Assistant Girls Volleyball Coach to support the head coach and contribute to the success and development of the volleyball program.
Job Responsibilities
-Assist in organizing and executing practices, drills, and game plans.
-Provide instruction and feedback to student-athletes.
-Promote teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.
-Monitor players’ academic and behavioral expectations.
-Help manage equipment, uniforms, and team communication.
-Fulfill duties assigned by the head coach and act as a leader when needed.
Job Requirements
-Previous volleyball playing or coaching experience preferred.
-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good communication skills.
-CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
-MSHSAA certification or eligibility for certification.
-Availability for evening practices and weekend games.
