Sales & Customer Service

-Active support and advice for our customers in their departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor 
-Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)  
-Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level 
-Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news 
 

Services

-Continuous further development of your own expertise 
-Sharing your own expertise with the team 
-Short and insightful services in all departments 
-Implementation of beauty classes 
-Responsibility for the Beauty Hub

Operations

-Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications  
-Assortment and merchandise maintenance  
-Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale  
-Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor  
-Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor 
-Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates 
-Carrying out inventories 
-Operating cash register 
-Additional tasks related to the daily business

-Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends 
-Fluent in English or native language of the country
