The Target Sr. Sales Manager maximizes our sales opportunity with Hasbro’s brand portfolio at Target. Develop omnichannel business plans and build internal and external alignment.  Implement and drive strategy execution through strong cross-functional teamwork and collaboration. 

Location: Minneapolis, MN

A Day In The Life as a Target Sr. Sales Manager:

-Create and develop customer relationships:
Work closely with Target to develop mutually helpful strategies and tactics. Understands the needs of their account and communicates what those needs are and how to best deliver on those needs. They know Target’s key performance indicators and develop Joint Business Plans that achieve growth for both enterprises. Understand planogram needs as well as Target marketing and promotional levers.
 

-Responsible for delivering revenue targets for assigned brands by accurately forecasting, developing, and leading joint business plans and customer commitments; tracking POS to adjust plans as needed; leveraging promotional support to drive sales; and managing customer budgets effectively. 
 

-Develop and lead the long-term growth strategy for their business while implementing strategy to achieve financial and market share goals in the short-term.
Work both strategically and tactically,
 

-Build internal relationships! Work with cross-functional teams: marketing, product development, account support, logistics, accounts payables, finance, flow planning, data management.
 

-Serve as the channel expert, acting as the specialist within their business area while sharing industry knowledge and insights. 
 

What You'll Bring:

-BBA/BA/BS
-5+ years of experience in a high-paced, driven environment, with a consistent track record for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
-Experience in Toy or relevant CPG Industry managing National Accounts
-Target experience is required

-Excellent negotiation skills
-Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
-Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
-Strong time management, prioritization, planning, and organization skills
-Results-oriented individual, with a sense of urgency

-Occasional travel required to Hasbro Headquarters
-Hybrid work format, 2 - 3 days in office Downtown Minneapolis

The base salary range for this position is $116,000.00 to $174,000.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
