-Manage VoiceBot conversation flows: troubleshoot, liasing with vendor to update prompts
-Design VoiceBot call flows for new use cases.
-Liaise with vendor(s) on feature requirements and feedback implementation.
-Analyze bot and sales performance data and user interactions to optimise conversion.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to identify new use cases or flows to optimise sale
Skills for Success
-Currently pursuing auniversity degree
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Interest or experience in digital sales, AI voice tech, or customer service.
-Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management experience.
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and documentation skills.
-Comfortable handling ambiguity and coordinating across teams
