Science Teacher- Crosby

We're excitedly looking for passionate and qualified Science Teachers to work with us in the Crosby area. You'll be responsible for inspiring students with a love for scientific inquiry and critical thinking, helping them to develop a strong understanding of subjects like biology, chemistry, and physics.

This is a teaching role with a daily rate of GBP150 to GBP220.

Key Duties:

* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Create a positive and safe classroom environment, especially during practical lab experiments.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a productive learning atmosphere.
* Work collaboratively with other teaching staff, school administration, and parents to support student development.
* Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or school events where possible.

Skills & Qualifications

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
* A bachelor's degree in a science-related subject is highly desirable.
* Proven experience teaching science at a primary or secondary school level in the UK.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Strong knowledge of the UK science curriculum and different teaching methodologies.
* A valid and enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, or the willingness for one.
