Credit Controller
Location: Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 1AP
Salary: A£28,000 - A£32,000 (pro-rata per annum)
Vacancy Type: Part Time
Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00am-1:00pm)
The Role
Our client is a small, friendly, locally run business providing a high-quality service to their clients.
They have a mixture of domestic, commercial and industrial clients. Most of their work is carried out in the Maidenhead and Henley area.
They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join their small but busy office. The successful candidate must be a team player and able to work unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up to date customer records.
* Have regular customer contact by telephone, email.
* Work with a minimum of supervision on collection of overdue accounts.
* Handle and resolve queries
Other attributes include attention to detail, the ability to work accurately under pressure, good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.
Skills and Qualifications
* Must possess good computer skills particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Previous in-depth experience of Sage Line 50 is essential.
