Environmental Remediation & Site Assessment Manager

Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and make a lasting impact on the environment and community? We're looking for an Environmental Remediation & Site Assessment Manager to oversee complex environmental projects, guide talented professionals, and drive client success across Florida.

This role offers the chance to combine technical expertise with leadership, business development, and client relationship management. You'll shape the future of the department, mentor your team, and build partnerships that matter-all while ensuring projects are delivered with excellence, safety, and compliance.

What You'll Do

Lead and oversee a portfolio of environmental projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Supervise and mentor a growing team, driving professional development, technical excellence, and safety culture.
*

Build and maintain client relationships; develop proposals and cost estimates that set projects up for success.
*

Play a key role in business development-identify opportunities, support growth initiatives, and help drive revenue.
*

Ensure compliance with ASTM Standards, FDEP rules and regulations (especially Ch. 62-780, FAC), and client requirements.
*

Champion continuous improvement in safety, quality, and project delivery across the team.
*

Represent the group as a trusted partner with agency regulators, environmental attorneys, and clients.

What You Bring

Phase I/II ESA experience and proven background in site investigations and remediation for a variety of contaminants.
*

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering (or equivalent experience: 9+ years in the field).
*

Strong knowledge of Florida regulatory frameworks and environmental programs.
*

Exceptional leadership and soft skills-able to mentor staff, manage clients, and inspire confidence at all levels.
*

A valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
*

Preferred: Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in Florida.
