Job Description

Platinum Parking is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operations of a Class A parking facilities and surface lots in Dallas, TX. This position will report to the General Manager.

Founded in 2000, Platinum Parking headquartered in Dallas, TX has grown to be one of the leaders in the industry. We now operate over 350 facilities in 15 cities and 8 states. Our growth is a direct result of the hands-on attention to detail that we pay to each and every customer of the facilities we manage.

We are looking for an experienced parking professional to oversee the daily operations as well as provide revenue tracking and reporting for specific properties. This person's responsibility includes, but are not limited to, client relations, managing staff, maximizing and reporting revenues, creating and approving budgets, invoicing and collections, maintaining parking operations, managing vendors, and understanding and making decisions based on market forces.

We're looking for someone with a passion for the parking industry and a hospitality-focused mindset to ensure every client and guest experience is exceptional.

Qualifications

Parking Garage Management experience required

Bachelors Degree a plus Competency of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication (can speak clearly and writes well) Professional appearance
