Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Night Chef to oversee kitchen operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and lead a small team to deliver exceptional service during the evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items to established standards. Supervise kitchen staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering. Ensure timely and efficient service for dinner service Collaborate with the day team to ensure continuity and consistency in food quality. Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures. Ability to lead and motivate a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
