Duties and Responsabilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
-Assisting to loading/unload trucks and/or railcars,
-Assisting in the production process
-Clean up, painting, and general maintenance of the grounds and facility
-Other general duties at the facility
-You will follow all standard operating procedures and policies established by the McAsphalt Operations department.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
-A strong work ethic and ability to work in small team(s);
-A reliable method of transportation to and from work in a timely manner (limited or no public transit);
-Ability to work effectively under pressure, being responsible, resourceful and autonomous;
-Ability to work outdoors, at height and in all environments;
-Lastly, a good sense of humor will also be a great asset.
