Our commercial janitorial company is looking for a temporary full time (Monday-Thursday, 8:30am-5:30, Friday 8am-5pm) fully bilingual (Spanish and English) receptionist to join our Human Resources team, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Must be friendly, reliable, computer savvy, multi-tasker, detail oriented and have a professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills and phone etiquette. We are looking for a "people person" who shines at the front desk.Responsibilities:Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person/process.Assist job candidates with various stages of the application processAnswer phones, take messages or transfer callsAssist with day-to-day office maintenancePerform data entryCopying/faxing/scanningReceive and distribute mail, messages, and packagesPerform other duties as assignedJob Requirements:Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar office role.Experience working with MS Office Suite (Excel, outlook, word, Powerpoint)Must be comfortable speaking with people of various backgrounds.Must be self-driven, motivated, and able to work with little supervision.Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Spanish fluency is a must.Excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently as well as in a group environment.Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.To start working for PJS, candidates will need to present valid documentation that verifies their eligibility to work legally in the US.
