A growing business is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join its dynamic team! This is a multifaceted role that puts you at the heart of client relationships, project excellence, and creative content delivery. You'll be the strategic bridge between our creative teams and key client accounts, orchestrating campaigns whilst crafting compelling content that drives engagement.
You'll own your portfolio of projects whilst building lasting relationships and creating content that resonates with target audiences. Based within our Marketing team, you'll work across all our specialist disciplines – from design and video to web and strategic marketing.
This is an office-based role for integrated collaboration with the team; remote working candidates won't be considered. 4-day week is offered upon successful completion of probation.
As Marketing Coordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing project deadlines and creating task frameworks that maximises team efficiency
- Building structured project ecosystems using Dropbox and other project management tools to keep teams aligned
- Transforming client visions into actionable team briefs
- Keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their project journey
- Collecting, clarifying and actioning client feedback with precision
- Reviewing all creative assets against brief requirements and quality standards
- Capturing comprehensive client requirements and project criteria
- Developing a deep understanding of client businesses, their challenges and opportunities
- Preparing detailed estimates and securing approvals with purchase orders
- Maintaining regular touchpoints across all assigned accounts and their projects
- Creating engaging social media plans and captions tailored to each platform's unique voice and audience behaviour
- Writing video scripts that captures attention and maintains viewer engagement
- Creating blog posts that rank well whilst providing genuine value to target audiences
- Creating overarching messaging frameworks that work across multiple content formats
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator with:
- Proven ability to write engaging social media posts, video scripts, blog content, etc.
- Experience adapting tone and style for different platforms and audiences
- Proven project coordination or management experience
- Excellence in client communication and relationship building
- Experience with project management tools and file organisation systems
- Understanding of platform-specific content requirements and best practices
- The ability to create compelling video scripts that engage and convert
- Understanding of content optimisation for search and social algorithms
- Ability to adapt writing styles to match different client brand personalities
