We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the launch of a stunning, high-profile restaurant in central London. This Executive Chef role demands a proven leader to take full ownership of the kitchen, concept, and brigade for this luxury modern British destination.
This is a unique project to build a modern restaurant experience centred around luxury, produce-driven British food. The successful Executive Chef will have the autonomy to create their own legacy.
The Executive Chef Role:
* Full P&L responsibility and control over all culinary operations.
* Complete concept design for a clean, modern British style focused on exceptional seasonal produce.
* Lead the recruitment and training of an entirely new kitchen brigade from scratch.
* Oversee the final stages of the kitchen build and installation.
* Develop menus for the main restaurant, private dining, and future revenue streams.
The Ideal Executive Chef:
* A proven leader with Executive Chef or Group Chef experience from a premium, produce-focused environment.
* A passion for elegant, ingredient-led refined food.
* A proven track record in menu development, cost control, and achieving financial targets.
