Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in a pastoral or similar support role
* A proactive and solution-focused approach
* An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or the willingness for one.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities:

* Providing one-to-one and group support to students
* Developing and implementing individualised support plans
* Liaising with parents, teachers, and external agencies
* Monitoring student progress and well-being
* Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours
* Maintaining accurate and confidential student records
* Contributing to the school's safeguarding procedures
* Promoting a positive and inclusive school culture
* Delivering workshops and interventions on key pastoral issues
* Reporting on student welfare to the leadership team
