In this role, you’ll manage site replacements and mitigation initiatives, collaborate across teams and suppliers, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and aligned with our strategic goals. Your day to day

-Supplier & Vendor Oversight
– Lead supplier performance, ensure compliance with contracts, and oversee Phase 1 & 2 deliverables.
-Delivery & Risk Management
– Analyse delivery data, resolve site issues, manage risks, and lead forums for difficult site acquisition.
-Stakeholder Engagement & Escalation
– Collaborate with suppliers, stakeholders, and act as the escalation point for SAED-related issues.
-Process Improvement & Governance
– Enhance SAED processes, ensure compliance with standards, and maintain governance structures.
-Reporting & Strategic Communication
– Provide delivery updates to leadership, escalate critical issues, and communicate changes in strategy to suppliers.
Your skills to pay the bills

-Extensive experience in end-to-end project and program management, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
-Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage risks with strong problem-solving and contingency planning skills.
-Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management, with excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing abilities.
-Strong technical understanding of Mobile RAN and Transmission Architecture.
-Track record of delivering complex projects in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
