Logistics

-Responsible for the receipt, organization, and proper storage of goods in the warehouse area
-Ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of goods between the warehouse and the sales floor
-Optimal warehouse management, including inventory monitoring and maintaining order and cleanliness
-Conducting regular inventories and stock checks to ensure product availability
-Coordinating timely reordering of goods in cooperation with the Supply Chain department and internal systems
-Ensuring compliance with internal warehouse and safety guidelines
Stockroom Skills

-Continuous development of personal expertise in warehouse organization and logistics processes
-Training team members on best practices in goods handling and inventory control
-Developing efficient stockroom solutions to support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
-Collaborating closely with the store team to ensure product availability and sales readiness
Operations

-Supporting the stocking and timely replenishment of the sales floor
-Preparing products for sale (e.g., labeling, unpacking, sorting)
-Working in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising on space updates and remodels
-Maintaining cleanliness and order in both the stockroom and on the sales floor
-Assisting with seasonal or campaign-related store conversions
-Manage shrinkage through proper storage
-Responsibility to run the stockroom according to Sephora Audit procedures
-Support and execute regular inventory counts
