The WC Operations Specialist will monitor order flow and distribution analytics within the Distribution Center. Position reports to Area Manager. No Direct Reports. Must possess the ability to:
-Engage operational leadership, partner departments and production associates by identifying, communicating and maintaining service levels, quality expectations and productivity
-Monitor and maintain inbound and outbound flows in the distribution center through the use of DC automation and systems.
-Provide leadership and support to operations by serving as a functional subject matter expert for warehouse management and warehouse control systems
-Effectively move between operational areas and apply experience and skills to support business needs
-Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-1-3 years hands on experience with WMS applications and WCS software
-Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all roles in the distribution environment
-Advanced experience with operational reporting tools including development, execution and maintenance using queries, Access, Excel and other software applications
-Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business manuals and instructions
-Strong written and verbal communications skills in personal and group settings
