Job Description:
At Ted Britt Lincoln, the Lincoln Lane Assistant is a versatile, entry-level position designed for individuals interested in starting a career in the automotive industry. This role provides hands-on experience in multiple areas of dealership operations and serves as a stepping stone into positions such as Service Advisor or Technician.
The Lincoln Lane Assistant is a "jack of all trades" responsible for assisting customers and advisors in the service lane, parking and retrieving vehicles, checking customers in and out, greeting arrivals, and supporting the overall client experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting: Welcome customers to the service lane and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Vehicle Handling: Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
Check-In/Check-Out: Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes, including paperwork and digital documentation.
Advisor Support: Provide direct assistance to Service Advisors by organizing repair orders, coordinating loaner vehicles, and communicating updates.
Customer Service: Answer basic customer questions with professionalism and direct them to the appropriate staff member when needed.
Lane Support: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service lane environment.
Flexibility: Step in where needed - from moving cars to assisting with customer flow - to ensure smooth daily operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with advisors, technicians, BDC Reps, cashiers, porters, valet drivers, and management to support an effortless service experience for our clients.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
High school diploma or equivalent; ideal for recent graduates or college students.
No prior automotive experience required - training provided.
Must be punctual, dependable, and eager to learn.
