Job Duties

-Senior HRIS Business Analyst with 5+ years supporting the SuccessFactors Learning, Succession, and Performance & Goals module within a global heavily matrixed organization
-Experienced conducting requirements gathering sessions and translating business needs into scalable, efficient system solutions
-Able to drive end-to-end project lifecycle activities including discovery, design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
-Proven success in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors Learning (LMS), including item and curriculum management, assignment profiles, and learning paths
-Strong expertise in Performance & Goals, including goal library setup, performance form configuration, route maps, and continuous performance management
-Solid understanding of Succession Planning processes, including talent pools, nominations, matrix grids, and career pathing
-Experience managing system configurations, role-based permissions (RBP), and custom reporting across targeted modules
-Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors release management, staying current on quarterly updates and assessing impact on existing configurations
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors

Qualifications

-Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 6 years of relevant HR experience required
-Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
