Role

Role & Responsibilities

* Develop and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs using the P Scales curriculum.
* Implement effective teaching strategies for diverse learning styles and needs.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment through proactive behaviour management.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to create comprehensive student support plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
* Contribute to the overall school improvement plan.
* Participate in professional development opportunities.

Essential Requirements

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum of 6 months experience teaching students with SEN in the UK
* Strong understanding of the P Scales curriculum
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team
* Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with diverse learning needs
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* Legal right to work in the UK
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
