As a pivotal member of our home, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our household by providing a variety of support tasks, services and business tasks. This role is suited for someone who excels in a dynamic environment, takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized home, and is committed to ensuring the highest standards of comfort and care for our family. Our ideal candidate will have experience in meal prepping, great time management in cleaning and organizing.

House Manager Job Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and tidying up rooms.
Deep cleaning once a month or as needed.
Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and organizing clothing.
Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and clean-up.
Conduct grocery shopping and manage pantry inventory, ensuring all items are well-stocked.
Run errands such as dropping off and picking up dry-cleaning, post-office visits, and other local tasks.
Handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate with external service providers for repairs and services.
Oversee the care of indoor and outdoor plants.
Assist with pet care, including feeding, walking, and grooming if applicable.
Organize closets, cupboards, and storage areas to maintain a clutter-free environment.
Schedule and supervise household deliveries and installations.
Plan and prepare for special events or gatherings, including setup and cleanup.
Ensure the security of the household by monitoring visitors and maintaining security protocols.
Communicate effectively with household members regarding schedules and preferences.
Administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, entering bill pay for household expenses, ect.
House Manager Job Requirements
Proven experience as a household assistant or similar role
Strong knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
Ability to operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, and steam cleaners
Basic cooking skills and knowledge of meal preparation
Familiarity with basic home maintenance tasks and equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage household schedules and calendars
Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and priorities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Compensation details: 20-22 Hourly Wage
