Join the team at San Diego Jewish Academy as a full-time Marketing Associate in our Marketing Department! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and extremely organized professional who thrives on managing multiple projects, capturing high-quality photography, supporting communications, and contributing to a wide range of marketing initiatives that help tell our school's story.

You will be kept busy with: Capturing high-quality photographs during school events, activities, and day-to-day campus life (top priority). Managing social media and advertising calendars. Assisting with graphic design for digital and print materials (ads, brochures, presentations, emails, flyers, etc.). Organizing and maintaining the school's photo and video library. Supporting the communications calendar, ensuring deadlines are met for newsletters, announcements, and event invitations. Collaborating with departments to gather content and ensure accurate and engaging communications. Helping monitor and report metrics for email, website, and social media performance. Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all communication materials. Assist with other communication and marketing tasks as needed and as directed. Here's what you bring to the table: Skills/Education/Experience Previous experience in marketing, communications required. Related industry experience preferred (not for profit/education). Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong photography skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and lighting. Experience with photo editing; video skills are a plus. Comfort with design software (Adobe Creative or similar) - graphic design experience is a strong asset. Experience with Blackbaud is an asset. The anticipated range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year. The offer to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and years of experience; training; practical knowledge; and education.
