Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant People & Performance supervisor to lead key people-centric initiatives at our Toothpaste manufacturing. This pivotal role focuses on developing the capabilities of our technician teams, cultivating a high-performance and collaborative culture, and driving operational efficiency through strategic people management. You will be the primary advocate for our operation's growth and engagement, directly contributing to the plant's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead the complete performance management cycle for plant operation teams, including goal setting, regular feedback, and annual reviews, in close partnership with the HR Business Partner.
-Design and implement targeted development plans to enhance the technical and soft skills of our technician workforce.
-Oversee strategic workforce planning, scheduling, and crew management to ensure operation align with production demands and budgetary goals.
-Collaborate with the Plant Business Analyst to identify and execute initiatives that improve labor efficiency and drive cost savings.
-Champion a culture of teamwork, empowerment, and continuous improvement on the plant floor.
-Foster open and transparent communication channels, actively seeking feedback from teams to identify opportunities for operational and cultural enhancement.
-Drive employee engagement by implementing recognition programs and empowering operation through small group activities such as 5S and Autonomous Maintenance.
-Serve as the plant's primary representative and coordinator for enterprise-wide People Capability programs, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
