Are you a highly motivated individual to fulfill a full-time employment opportunity as the dealership receptionist and administrative operations assistant. If you have excellent communication skills & excel at providing superior customer service, the Stoops director of first impressions is the perfect fit for you! No automotive experience needed - we'll fully train and develop the right candidate to be a successful team member.

Manage all dealership inbound calls & multi-line switchboard / software program Greet all showroom guests & distribute all calls to appropriate team members Complete administrative tasks assigned by sales management team Maintain a clean and organized reception area, customer lounge, and showroom Update and manage information software programs Complete dealership on-site/virtual continuing education and training Miscellaneous data entry, reporting & administrative tasks Support dealership culture and plan employee ESP events.
Requirements:
Superior written and verbal communication skills Professional customer service / relationship management skills Attention to detail and excellent time management skills A positive can-do attitude with the a strong desire to succeed in a team setting Self motivated with the ability to create and follow a daily work plan Proficient typing, internet, and computer skills with the ability to work multiple software applications Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced work environment Ability to work a consistent M-F weekly schedule, some Saturday's required
