Regional Strategic Accounts Lead - BioPharma Solutions (EMEA)
Overview
In this role you are responsible for building, maintaining and expanding long x2011;term partnerships with a selected portfolio of pharmaceutical and biotechnological clients. You act as the primary contact for your customers, ensuring their satisfaction while achieving commercial goals. You develop bespoke account plans, identify growth opportunities and position our microbiology and contamination x2011;control solutions as the preferred choice. By understanding your clients' needs and linking them to our value proposition, you deepen relationships and ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

Key responsibilities
Serve as the central contact for an assigned group of biopharmaceutical accounts and develop long x2011;term plans for mutual success.

Actively identify opportunities to increase revenue with existing clients and attract new industrial customers.

Achieve annual sales and growth targets through solid territory management and strategic planning.

Build trust with influencers and decision x2011;makers and position our solutions as the preferred option.

Deliver product presentations and advise customers in selecting appropriate solutions.
*
Provide prompt and adequate after x2011;sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams-such as technical support, regulatory, production, supply chain and customer care-to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

Share insights and best practices with colleagues across Europe to strengthen the regional strategy.

Maintain accurate administration in CRM systems and be involved in pricing, quoting, contract management and forecasting processes.
Who are we looking for?
A completed bachelor's degree in life sciences or comparable work experience.
*
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the life x2011;science or medical sector.
*
Entrepreneurial mindset with well x2011;developed networking, organisational and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a European team.
*
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
*
Willingness to travel regularly to clients in Northern Europe and attend events.
