Senior/ Lead ventilation Hygiene Engineer

Salary A£36,000 - A£40,000 per annum
We're looking for a hands-on Ventilation Hygiene Engineer to lead and deliver high-quality cleaning, disinfection, and compliance works across healthcare, commercial, and industrial sites.
What you'll do:
* Lead and supervise a team on-site.
* Clean and disinfect ductwork, AHUs, and kitchen extract systems.
* Test and maintain fire dampers.
* Ensure all work meets TR19(R), BS EN 15780, and HTM 03-01 standards.
* Complete reports, risk assessments, and site documentation.
* Train and mentor junior team members.
* Work safely and maintain top H&S standards.
What we're looking for:
* 3+ years' experience in ventilation hygiene or duct cleaning.
* TR19(R) knowledge and hands-on technical expertise.
* CSCS card & full UK driving licence.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Nice to have:
* BESA VHE certification, Confined Space Training, IPAF/PASMA, or HTM 03-01 awareness.
