Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Lead on healthcare projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulations packages and submit planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong client relationships
* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects within the healthcare sector would be beneficial
* Job running experience
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and design skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to Liverpool
