Compensation : This is a full-time, hourly position The rate of pay is dependent on experience ($23-$30/hr) Overtime-Eligible Benefits Eligible: 65% paid family health insurance, dental, paid life insurance, paid short & long-term disability, FSA, dependent care benefits, 401k with company match, and paid time off Requirements: U.S. citizenship required due to government contract requirements Able to Pass a Background Check Has minimum 2 years painting experience Ability to communicate in English OSHA 10 or willingness to get Reliable transportation Smartphone or mobile device Ability to lift 25 lbs., climb ladders Expectations: Consistently arrives to jobsite on-time Experience in commercial painting Brings own tools to job site Treats co-workers with respect Completes timesheet every Friday Checks phone and returns calls and emails within 24 hours Completes all required safety training Great attitude, likes to work hard
