We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team on the third shift (36-40 hours per week) . SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Operations Representative will monitor shipments in transit by ensuring adherence to strict quality, safety, and security protocols, support Professional Drivers, communicate with clients as necessary, and efficiently dispatch assignments to the fleet.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Shipment Monitoring via the Alert Board Schedule and dispatch professional teams, coordinating shipments with customers. Guide drivers through procedures at shipper and receiver facilities. Arrange delivery appointments and address scheduling inquiries. Coordinate Canadian shipments and collaborate with customs brokers. Coordinate breakdown repairs. Perform accident/incident responses and escalate to first shift Maintain Security Log Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations and protocols. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements: 3-5 years of military and/or transportation experience, or equivalent education Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills Eligible for US government security clearance (US Citizenship Required) Awareness of corporate culture and public image Ability to collaborate across departments Strong decision-making in fast-paced environments Superior time management and attention to detail Effective communication with colleagues and customers Proficient in multitasking
