We're looking for a static workshop engineer to join the engineering team in maintaining and repairing plant equipment. The role is Mon-fri days, with overtime paid at an enhanced rate. The right candidate will receive continued training and development, and will be considered for internal promotions as they present themselves.

Roles/Responsibilities

* Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
* Work on rollers, compactors and diesel engines
* Work alongside a team of four engineers and report into the engineering manager
* Carry out pre-delivery inspections on equipment
* Accurately log materials and work

What We're Looking For

* Engineering experience in a plant environment
* Familiarity with rollers, compactors and diesel engines
* Electro-mechanical knowledge and experience on pneumatic/hydraulic equipment
* Engineering qualifications are beneficial but not a requirement!
