My client are a well known FMCG manufacturer in the Droitwich area and are looking for an Engineering Team Leader with experience in a similar, fast paced environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
* People management & Development
* Overseeing an engineering team of up to 10 people
* Developing, improving and implementing engineering processes
* PPM Planning and scheduling
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Experience managing an engineering team
* Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Ability to train and develop junior engineers
* NVQ / Apprenticeship trained (Beneficial)
